You could do peaches and cream. i am not sure how peaches are after they are thawed though.
Peach cobbler, or peach pie. You could do a peach smoothie, ice cream, or yogurt.
I'd do a cobbler or even some homemade peach ice cream....yum!
Freezer Jam - I know that still fills your freezer, but it is yummy and lasts all year long!
